Ecoearenewan stands behind the quality of our business card printing. If you receive cards with production defects, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. This policy outlines what qualifies for reprints, what we cover, and how to request assistance.
Reprint eligibility
If you receive business cards with production defects, you must notify Ecoearenewan within 7 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos showing the issue, your order number, and a description of the problem. Eligible issues include misalignment beyond acceptable tolerance, color shifts that differ significantly from your approved proof, finish defects like inconsistent matte or gloss coating, foil application errors, spot UV misalignment, or trimming issues that make cards unusable.
To qualify for a reprint, the defect must affect a significant portion of your order and render the business cards unusable for their intended purpose. Minor variations that fall within industry standards do not qualify for reprints.
What we cover
We cover production errors including color variance that exceeds standard print tolerances compared to your approved proof, trim shifts beyond 0.0625 inch tolerance, finish inconsistencies such as uneven matte or gloss application, foil stamping errors, spot UV coating mistakes, rounded corner defects, and any damage that occurred during production or packaging. We do not cover issues resulting from incorrect files you provided, design errors you approved in the proof, or damage after delivery.
We also do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper handling after delivery, or dissatisfaction with design choices that were approved in the proof. Changes to design, text, or contact information after proof approval require a new order.
Resolution process
For eligible reprint requests, Ecoearenewan will either reprint your business cards at no additional cost using the same specifications and rush the replacement order, or provide a credit for the affected portion of your order if you prefer. Reprints will be produced with the same finish options, quantities, and specifications as your original order. We aim to resolve reprint requests within 2 business days of approval.
Once your reprint request is approved, we will begin production immediately and expedite shipping at no cost to you. You will receive tracking information for the replacement order. In rare cases where a reprint is not possible, we will provide a full refund for the affected portion of your order.
How to request a reprint
To request a reprint for defective business cards, email support@ecoearenewan.world with your order number, detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defects. Include close-up images that clearly demonstrate the problem. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If approved, we will coordinate the reprint and expedited shipping at no cost to you.
Please include multiple photos from different angles showing the defect clearly. Compare defective cards to your approved proof when possible. The more information you provide, the faster we can process your request.
Returns and refunds
Due to the custom nature of business card printing, we do not accept returns of completed orders unless there is a production defect covered by this policy. Refunds are only available for orders that have not entered production or in cases of confirmed production errors. Partial refunds may be provided for orders where only a portion of the cards are defective.
